Health management & care coordination United States

Health, held together.

Morning Light Medical gives you one dedicated coordinator for the parts of healthcare no one else is accountable for — your records, your appointments, and the follow-up that never quite happens.

The gap

American medicine is extraordinary at the urgent. It is not built to keep track of you.

01

Your history is in six places

Portals, PDFs, imaging discs, and practices that do not talk to each other. The result is a picture of your health that no single person can see whole.

02

The appointment is not the hard part

Finding the right specialist, getting the records there first, and knowing what to bring — that is the work, and it lands on you at the worst possible time.

03

Follow-up has no owner

A result arrives. A referral lapses. A recheck comes due. Without someone accountable for the loop, the gap widens quietly.

What we coordinate

Four things,
done properly.

We are not a clinic and not an app. We are a small, licensed-adjacent coordination team that takes ownership of the administrative half of your care — the half that quietly decides whether the clinical half works.

01

A named coordinator

One person who knows your history, your preferences, and your open items — and who answers to you. Not a call centre. Not a chatbot.

02

One organized record

Your history, medications, providers, and results assembled into a single record you can read, carry, and hand to any clinician.

03

Appointments, arranged

We identify the right clinician, send the records ahead, handle the scheduling, and make sure you arrive prepared rather than hopeful.

04

Follow-through, closed

Every result tracked, every recheck scheduled, every loose end closed and confirmed with you in writing. Nothing is assumed to have happened.

Where the line is

We coordinate care.
We do not practise medicine.

What we do

  • Organize your health information and history
  • Coordinate appointments with licensed providers
  • Track results and remind you what is due
  • Provide health education from reviewed materials
  • Refer you to partner licensed physicians

What we do not do

  • Diagnose a condition
  • Recommend or adjust treatment
  • Prescribe medication
  • Provide emergency care
  • Handle insurance billing or reimbursement

Clinical judgment belongs to licensed physicians, never to a coordinator. If something is urgent, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

The programme

Ninety days to get the whole picture in order.

A defined beginning, a defined end, and an honest conversation at the close about whether continuing is worth it. No indefinite retainer, no lock-in beyond the first three months.

Weeks 1–2

Organize

We gather your records, medications, providers, and outstanding results — and agree on what actually matters to you this year.

Weeks 3–8

Coordinate

We book the appointments that have been postponed, send records ahead of you, and track every result to a conclusion.

Weeks 9–12

Review

You receive a written summary: where things stand, what remains outstanding, and what should happen next — in your words and your file.

Membership

Priced for the middle,
not the marble lobby.

Traditional concierge medicine runs $3,000–$5,000 a year and still bills through insurance. We sit below that, for people who need coordination — not a private suite.

FEE

$150–$250 / month

Final fee depends on household size and the coordination you need. Quoted in writing before you enrol.

TERM

Three months, minimum

The 90-day starter package is the unit of work. After that, membership continues monthly or ends cleanly.

INSURANCE

Not required, not billed

We do not submit claims or handle reimbursement. We work alongside whatever coverage you already have.

Who we serve

For people whose time is short and whose care has become complicated.

01 — Executives

Professionals & founders

You can buy almost anything except the hours it takes to chase a referral through three voicemail boxes.

  • A single point of contact
  • Preventive screening, scheduled
  • Household coverage available

02 — Individuals

Care that works, if someone holds the thread

Your clinicians are competent. The system between them is not. We are the thread.

  • Records in one place
  • Appointments coordinated
  • Follow-up tracked to closure

03 — Families

When caregiving becomes a second job

Coordinating care for a parent or a partner is a full-time administrative role nobody applied for.

  • Shared family record
  • Authorized communication
  • One calendar that holds
Nobody in the American system is assigned to the whole of you. That is the gap Morning Light was built for.

Privacy & discretion

Your health information is not our product.

We collect the minimum necessary to coordinate your care, hold it in secure systems, and share it only with the providers you authorise. Our privacy practices are written down and given to you before you enrol.

MINIMUM

Only what is needed

We ask for what coordination requires and nothing else. You can see what we hold and ask for a correction at any time.

AUTHORISED

Shared by your permission

Records move to a clinician when you authorise it, in writing, for a named purpose. Not before.

WRITTEN

Policy before enrolment

Our privacy notice and member terms are provided up front — not buried in a click-through at the end.

Questions

The ones we are asked first.

Is this health insurance?

No. Morning Light Medical is a coordination service, not a payer. We do not sell coverage, submit claims, or negotiate reimbursement. You keep whatever insurance you already have.

Do you replace my doctor?

No. Your physicians remain your physicians. We work alongside them: assembling the record they need, getting you in front of them sooner, and making sure what they ask for actually happens afterwards.

Can you tell me what is wrong with me?

No — and we will not try. Diagnosis and treatment belong to licensed physicians. What we can do is make sure the right clinician sees the right information, and that the result does not sit unread in a portal.

What happens in an emergency?

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Our coordinators are not a clinical triage service and do not provide after-hours emergency response. If a member describes an acute symptom, our protocol is to direct them to emergency care immediately.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

Whether HIPAA applies to a coordination service depends on the specific activities, contracts, and data flows involved — it is not something a website should assert on your behalf. What we can say plainly: we design to minimum-necessary data practices, apply risk-based security controls, comply with applicable state privacy law, and document all of it in writing. The formal determination is made by healthcare counsel, not by marketing.

Where are you operating?

We are preparing to launch in the United States, with our first market to be announced. We are not yet accepting enrolments in every state. If you would like to be considered for the pilot, an introduction is the right first step.

What does it cost?

Between $150 and $250 per month, with a three-month minimum. The final fee depends on household size and the coordination required, and is always quoted in writing before you enrol.

Introductions

If your care has become a second job, we should talk.
